FACTORY DANGER tech demo

FACTORY DANGER is a game about platforming in an extremely dangerous (and totally nonsensical) factory. It's also my first project for the Game Boy using the ZGB engine.

The idea was to create a classic platform game from scratch, focused in dodging and jumping rather than smashing enemies. Currently here's this first "tech demo" release showing the gameplay and a bunch of levels. All the mechanics are more or less done and locked; and the TODO list includes the following:

• Finish all the levels (also balancing difficulty)
• Improve some graphics and assets (I'm not really a graphics person, so I'm trying my best with some ~20 years old tools)
• Music! (because, well, there're only sound effects here)
• A fully functional password system
• Intro screen, title screen, extra content, etc.
• Some tweaks, bugs and minor adjustments here and there, probably

The ROM can be played in any Game Boy emulator (or even in some real hardware!). Move with the D-pad, jump with A, dash with B and interact with switches by pressing down near them. Slide on walls by keeping that direction pressed while falling.

Reach the goal on every level and try to collect the floating floppy disks (there's currently no reason to do that besides, maybe, some joy and satisfaction feelings!).
